About the Challenge
The 30-30 Challenge requires 30 days and just 30 minutes per day to make a massive change in your health and fitness.
This program is for all fitness levels and will be challenging. We will ask you to push yourself physically, prepare each day mentally, and eat real food that nourishes your body for all 30 days.
I am not selling you a “magic pill” here. Plain and simple this is a no B.S. program filled with challenging workouts, healthy nutrition education, and coaching accountability everyday for the next 30 days.
This program can be done 100% at home, with minimal equipment — you can crush this program with DB’s and a basic bench.

Here’s what you get
You’ll go through 5 very different workouts each week with 2 days of active recovery: YES, you will be active every single day for the next 30 days, but rest assured, no two workouts are the same in this program.

Week One will start out with a unique training protocol that will evolve each week for all 4 weeks.

You’ll receive new weekly sessions updated each Sunday night inside the app.

Each weekend we have built in much needed foam rolling/tissue quality and mobility days to ensure your body is recovering and getting the proper corrective exercise it needs.

BONUS: Along with your weekend mobility routines we have included some other active options and mini challenges for those of you who are up for it and want to get in a little more work on the weekends.

Accountability: I will educate, support and guide you every step of the way, applying just the right amount of pressure to make sure you follow through and enjoy the process.
